David McKnight
President, The McKnight Group
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from
Muskingum College. He has more than 20 years experience with The McKnight Group,
and is trained as a Church Health Specialist. David serves on the Visionary Board
and is involved in the Children & Youth Ministries at Grove City Nazarene.
He is guiding The McKnight Group to serve churches nationwide. |

David Vaughan
Senior Minister, Whitewater Crossing Church
David has been serving Whitewater Crossing Christian Church as
Senior Minister since June, 2002. Under his leadership, the congregation
has changed names and built and relocated to a new facility.
David’s spiritual gifts are preaching and teaching, and
he relies on intentional evangelistic strategies to reach out
to the community. He has been described as “A leader of
leaders...a man who loves people deeply and is open and honest
and a strong communicator." He is a man who is passionate about
reaching the lost. |

Doug Runyan
Pastor, Lake Houston Church of the Nazarene
Doug Runyan has been Lead Pastor at Lake Houston Church
of the Nazarene in Humble, Texas since September 1999. Doug is
only the church’s second pastor in its 24-year history
since it began as a Bible study group in the den of a couple’s
home. The church has at least doubled in most every area since
1999. Eight years after Doug’s arrival as lead pastor the
church moved into a $2.5 million, 15,000 sq ft multi-worship
addition to the business building they had purchased and first
occupied in 1991. The new addition is used for worship, athletics,
dinners, seminars, classes and more. |

Dwight Mason
Pastor, NewPointe Community Church
Dwight has served as Lead Pastor of NewPointe Community Church,
in Dover, Ohio since 1985. In those 25 years, NewPointe has grown
significantly, and is now a multi-site church with three campuses
in Ohio, and 13 church plants throughout the Middle East. Under
Dwight’s leadership, NewPointe has always believed that
the local church is the hope of the world and that through relevant
application of scripture, authentic leadership, and intentional
relationship building it could see the world changed for Christ. |

Philip J. Tipton
Vice President of Architecture, AIA, NCARB, The McKnight Group
Philip received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the
University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the American
Institute of Architects and holds a National Council of Architectural
Registration Boards Certificate, as well as current registrations
in numerous states. He has 12 years of experience with
The McKnight Group and his primary responsibilities include
client relationships, schematic design, and personnel
management. |

Mark A. Siebert
Vice President, The McKnight Group
Mark received his Bachelor of Religious Education from Great Lakes Bible College and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. Mark is also a trained Church Health Consultant with New Church Specialties and Natural Church Development. He has 19 years of construction management, ministry/facility development and church growth experience. Included in his responsibilities are supervising the McKnight Group Representative team, client relationships, project development and management, estimating and marketing. |

Eric Simmons
McKnight Group Representative
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries
from Kentucky Mountain Bible College and a Masters of Divinity
in Pastoral Ministry from Wesley Biblical Seminary. He has
over 15 years of experience in senior pastoral ministry,
executive leadership, public relations, ministry/facility
development, and church growth. Eric has 12 years experience
in pastoring two turnaround churches in the Deep South and
Midwest. His responsibilities at The McKnight Group
include the development of client relationships, project
development and management, estimating, and marketing. |

Mark Brooks
Founding Partner, The Charis Group
Mark Brooks brings a rich background of ministry experience
along with years of successfully helping Christian ministries
raise funds for capital projects. His desire to better
personalize the engagement that each ministry receives from
their stewardship partner led him to begin The Charis Group. With
creative “outside the box” thinking Mark has helped
scores of ministries achieve maximum financial and spiritual
results. He has worked in campaigns that range in size from
the largest church in North America to emerging churches. |
