Project Architect/Project Captain
Responsible for oversight and/or production of construction documents for church projects. Minimum of Associate degree in arch/eng or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of Associates Degree in Architecture, 2-4 yrs of experience & good CAD skills. Bachelors Degree preferred.

Project Coordinator
Current position open for a self-starting, motivated, and experienced person for a Project Coordinator position in the Construction Department.
Project Coordinator is responsible, beginning with working drawings, for overseeing the construction process, including but not limited to the complete bidding, quoting and financial oversight of a project. Writes subcontracts and partners with field Superintendents, Field Coordinator, and owners to ensure total owner satisfaction. Some short term travel in OH and other states.
Must have minimum of five (5) years Commercial construction project management experience, excellent computer skills and be able to manage multiple projects/priorities at the same time. Should have equivalent of associate degree level of education/experience combined.

Provide technical design and support services to architectural staff and field for various aspects of building design and construction management. Minimum of an Associate degree in arch/eng technology or equivalent education and experience; Minimum of 2 years experience in Auto CAD and 2 years experience in applicable specialty.

Manage construction projects from the construction site. Supervise the work of all sub-contractors assigned to work on the project and coordinate with the church representative(s) to ensure satisfaction with the final construction project. Head of Working Drawings
Overall responsibility of the Working Drawings Department operations, including projections and budgeting, monitoring performance and personnel actions, coordinating design and construction issues, and supporting The McKnight Group’s Mission, Vision and Values. Minimum of accredited Architectural degree, at least one active state licensure, current or potential NCARB registration, and several years’ experience managing a substantial staff or department of an A/E firm.
