Just a note to express my thanks to you and the staff at McKnight Development that worked on our project and especially to Dale Turner, the Project Manager and Shannon Schaible, the Site Manager. We have just completed a quality project that is greatly appreciated by our church congregation and school staff, teachers and students!

We started the project a month late due to permit delays from the City of Gahanna, but the extra ordinary effort of your staff and your sub-contractors allowed us to complete the project on schedule. Having owned a construction management company in the past, I know how difficult it is to make up lost time on a project that already has a short construction schedule, but your team came through in such a professional manner.

Not only did you complete the project on a nearly impossible schedule of five months, but we received a quality project of which we are most proud! In addition, your last change order giving us a credit for the savings you realized on the project, allows us to complete all phases of the capital stewardship campaign under budget! To obtain a high quality project on time and under budget working with a "church committee", is quite an accomplishment and you are to be congratulated!

I have enjoyed working along side your team as the coordinator from the church. I feel we worked well together and long time members tell me this is the smoothest running and best project our church has undertaken of our three building campaigns. Again, thank you for your efforts and providing us with a quality facility on time and under budget!
